Questions for Mark Zuckerberg

Who is more attractive, you or Jesse Eisenberg?
Are you still friends with Eduardo? Facebook friends?
Do you follow George Takei on Facebook?
Why don’t you tweet more?
Why Facebook and not MySpace?
Who would win in a fight, you or MySpace Tom?
Have you been to Caribbean Night and the AEPhi house?
My cousin said he wasn’t impressed by you.  Were you impressed by him?
Are your parents proud that you married a doctor?
Can we be pretty much Facebook friends now?

Things I don’t get Part 3

Why does someone from earth always win Miss Universe?  Are the humans who run Miss Universe so egotistical to believe Earthling are more attractive than all the aliens every year? And how come aliens never even get to compete?    When the aliens come we have a lot to explain.

Go Me!

I’m a person of little accomplishments.  These are a few I’m proud of.
-When I’m on time.  (Punctuality is really important.  It’s sad I can’t handle it).
-Getting a lot of likes on Facebook (last status got eight).
-Getting twitter responses from Bravolebrities.
-Being able to fit in my skinny clothes.
-Learning a sweet new fist bump
-Having a successful conversation in Spanish (it’s only been ten years)
-Remembering to floss
-Knowing where something is, and being able to give directions
-Reaching gold on my Starbucks card.

Dive Bars

Stuff I don’t get Part 2

Dive Bars

I do not get the appeal of dive bars. They are almost always dirty, pretentious and they are never all that cheap.    People keep telling me they like to go and chill and feel like they’re in a relaxed environment.  For that you could have stayed home.  If I make the effort to leave my house I want to see something special.

The Hunger Games

The Hunger Games reminds me of…... The Hunger Games reminds me of a lot of other stuff. I’m shocked!
The Giver (Gathering Blue, the Messenger)-I think this series defines dystopia for young readers. Also in the Giver series the romance is more subtle and easier to take).
Lord of the Flies- One of the biggest challenges of the games is for the tributes not to act like the kids in Lord of the Flies.
Harry Potter (books and movies)-I think Finnick died because Lupin did. Real Housewives Reunions- I think Andy Cohen is a prototype for Effie Trinket and Caesar Flickerman. When Teresa pushed Andy it was a Seneca Crane moment.
 America’s Next Top Model-Makeovers.
Survivor/American Gladiator-the Hunger Games if everyone got to live.
Gladiator/300-I has not seen them but I assume.
The Handmaids Tale-Possibly the most important dystopia novel about women.
Gossip Girl-Constant surveillance. Very involved schemes.
A Tree Grows in Brooklyn-Child born to a dead father. Intricate was of getting food.
Tristan and Isolde (Romeo and Juliet) - Star crossed lovers.
Rent-Mimi weighed a lot and was in really good shape for a heroin addict.
The Red Tent- The apothecary/healing plants. The tradition of female healing being handed down.
The Matrix-Being chosen to bring down a society you didn’t even know was there.
Little House on the Prairie- Being self-resilient with your family.

 Battle Royale/Twilight-People tell me.
